Billing Address
- The billing address must match the shipping address. As per credit card procedures, shipping to an address different from the billing address is not possible.
3. Returns and Cancellations
3.1 Physical Returns, Digital Products & Shipping
Returns & Course Purchase Cancellations
- Our 100% money-back guarantee covers the product price exclusively and does not include the shipping and handling fee. This is because the decision to try the product implies the customer’s acceptance of the shipping fee responsibility.
- Customers need to contact our support department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any items. This RMA number must be clearly displayed on the exterior of all return packages. Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt of a return or a valid refund request, the refund process will be completed within a maximum of 30 days. All refunds will either be credited back to the original credit card or sent as a check to the billing name and address. For international orders, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card, while PayPal orders will be refunded to the corresponding PayPal account.
- You have a period of THIRTY (30) days from the original purchase date to return the product and qualify for a refund. Returns received beyond this THIRTY (30) DAY limit will not be processed.
- Shipping fees for product delivery from Sensei Capital LLC to your location will not be subject to refund. Furthermore, shipping costs for returning the product to the Sensei Capital LLC Refund Department will not be reimbursed.
- To ensure the security and traceability of your product return, we highly recommend using certified mail with a tracking number. Failure to provide proof of the product’s return may prevent us from issuing a refund.
- Proof of returning a product is deemed valid if it includes delivery confirmation or a signature requirement via USPS. When the customer provides evidence of delivery confirmation or a signature requirement, a full refund will be granted.
- In cases of potential mail loss or delays, we will honor any package that has been postmarked within one year of the product’s purchase date.
3.2 Course and Digital Products
- Excessive Returns Policy: We do not accept excessive returns. A specific product will not be eligible for more than two refunds per individual customer. While there is no limit on the number of orders for a single product that a customer can place, the money-back guarantee becomes void after a customer has used it for the same product more than twice.
- Shipping Refunds: We do not refund shipping fees for product delivery from Sensei Capital LLC to your location. Additionally, shipping costs for returning the product to the Sensei Capital LLC Refund Department will not be compensated.
- Product Return Protection: To ensure the safety and condition of your returned product, we strongly recommend using certified mail with a tracking number. Failure to provide proof of product return may preclude us from issuing a refund.
- Valid Proof of Return: Evidence of a product return is considered valid if it includes delivery confirmation or a signature requirement via USPS. If the customer can provide evidence of delivery confirmation or signature requirement, a full refund will be granted.
- Extended Postmark Honor: In cases of potential mail delays or losses, we will honor any package postmarked within one year of the product’s purchase date.
4. Terms of Course Access
After completing your payment, you will gain immediate access to the course. This is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the course content. There are no additional charges or renewal fees. To cancel your course access and request a refund, please submit a support ticket to support@toptechcourses.com.

5. Top Tech Courses Certifications and Mastery Courses
You are granted THIRTY (30) Days from the original purchase date to review the training materials and preview the course content. Requests for refunds after this THIRTY (30) DAY period will not be processed.
Refunds will not be facilitated once you have commenced the final exam.
5.1 CDMP Mastery Class
Within the first THIRTY (30) Days of the class start date, you may submit a refund request. Refund requests received beyond this THIRTY (30) DAY window will not be processed.
Refunds will not be granted after the final exam has been initiated.
6. Lab Member Discount Policy
Periodically, Top Tech Courses offers its Lab members the chance to purchase additional products and services at discounted rates. To qualify for these discounts, customers must be active Lab members in good standing at the time of purchase. No reimbursements or partial refunds will be provided if a customer buys training before joining DM Lab. These discounts are meant to benefit existing members rather than entice new ones.
If a Lab member buys an eligible item at a discount and informs our Customer Care department within 30 days of the purchase, a partial refund equivalent to the discounted amount will be granted. Failing to report the applicable discount within 30 days will result in a credit for future purchases. It’s important to note that no refunds or credits will be provided beyond 12 months from the purchase date.
7. Live Events
The events, details, and speakers mentioned on our Sites are subject to changes without prior notice.
You have SIXTY (60) Days before the event to request a 50% refund of your ticket price or seat deposit. Refund requests within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the event will not be processed. Unused tickets will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another event.
TICKET HOLDERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING, AUCTIONING, RESALE, DONATING, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFERRING THEIR TICKETS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM Top Tech Courses.

After confirming a Ticket purchase, the Ticket Purchaser can change the guest assignments for up to 2 times using the Tickets they’ve bought by:
Submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request: The Ticket Purchaser should send a transfer request to support@toptechcourses.com.
7.3 Ticket Resales
If a Ticket Purchaser can’t utilize all the purchased Tickets, they can request the resale of unwanted Tickets through the Top Tech Courses support team. Unlike the Guest Transfer policy, the Ticket Purchaser isn’t required to provide a reason for the Ticket Resale request.
There’s no assurance that Tickets will be resold due to demand. If the Tickets aren’t resold, no resale proceeds will be refunded to the Ticket Purchaser.
8. Live Streams
Refunds will solely be issued if technical difficulties prevent the customer from watching the Livestream.
Refund requests will only be considered and processed on the first day of each respective event.

The Top Tech Courses Stream, along with all associated content and software, features, and functionalities linked to the Top Tech Courses Live Stream, are provided “as is” and “as available” with all potential faults and without any form of warranty. Top Tech Courses does not assure, represent, or warrant that your utilization of the Top Tech Courses Live Stream will be continuous or devoid of errors.
Top Tech Courses holds no responsibility for any issues or technical malfunctions involving networks, lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email failures, or difficulties with redemption due to technical problems or online congestion, either on the Internet, at websites, or any combination of such factors. This includes any harm or damage caused to your or any other person’s computer in relation to downloading or streaming materials in line with this agreement or subsequent use of any web properties owned by Top Tech Courses. In such cases, Top Tech Courses holds no responsibility, and this shall not incur liability on our part. Once you have downloaded an item, you bear the responsibility to prevent loss, destruction, or damage, and it’s advisable to keep a backup.

- Consequences of Rule Violations
Breaking the rules will result in three warnings. After three warnings, there will be a 7-day suspension from the group. Personal Checks
All checks received will be held for a period of 10 business days. Orders placed using a check will be held for the same period of 10 business days. Once this period is completed, the order will be released and shipped.
A $25 USD return check fee will be applied to all returned checks.
